You agree to:

• Only input accurate and lawful client information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Not use the Application to spam, harass, or send unlawful content.

5. Client Data and Messaging

You are solely responsible for any data or messages entered or transmitted through the Application. This includes client contact information, appointment schedules, and message content. You confirm that you have obtained any necessary consent to contact your clients using the Application, and that your use of the service complies with all relevant privacy and communication laws. Ghost Software, LLC is not liable for any misuse of the messaging features or unauthorized communication initiated by you through the Application.

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at our discretion if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Application are the exclusive property of Ghost Software, LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for your real estate business.

8. Disclaimers

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Application at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ghost Software, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Application.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Application. Your continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
